# Delete Preset

> Delete a saved transform preset with client.DeletePreset().

err := client.DeletePreset(ctx, preset.ID)
```

func (c *Client) DeletePreset(ctx context.Context, id string) error
```

| Parameter | Type | Description |
| :- | :- | :- |
| `id` | `string` | **Required.** UUID of the preset — not its `Key` |

## Returns

`nil` on success, an error otherwise.

<Warning>
  Assets already transformed with the preset keep working — the cached results are
  unaffected. But any URL still passing `p=<key>` starts returning an error, so remove
  those call sites first.

## Errors

| `dreep.IsNotFound(err)` | No preset with that id in this project |
