Delete Media

err := client.DeleteMedia(ctx, asset.ID)

Signature

func (c *Client) DeleteMedia(ctx context.Context, id string) error

Parameter	Type	Description
`id`	`string`	Required. UUID of the asset

nil on success, an error otherwise.

The original leaves storage along with every cached transform derived from it, and the space is credited back against your plan’s storage quota.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Any URL already handed out — including unexpired signed URLs — stops resolving.

Check	Cause
`dreep.IsNotFound(err)`	No asset with that id in this project

A DELETE can be retried on 429 or 5xx. If you see IsNotFound after a retry, the first attempt most likely succeeded.
