Confirm Upload - Dreep API Documentation

Verifies the object exists, reads its metadata, applies any transform, and flips the asset to ready. Until this is called the asset stays pending and is excluded from media listings.

Parameters

Parameter	Type	Description
`id`	`string`	Required. The `id` returned by `presignUpload()`
`transform`	`TransformParams`	Applied before the asset goes `ready`
`presetKey`	`string`	A saved preset, applied instead of `transform`
`signal`	`AbortSignal`	Cancels the request

Returns

The stored asset, identical in shape to what upload() resolves to.

Transforming on confirm

Errors

Error	Cause
`DreepConflictError`	The bytes haven’t finished uploading to storage yet
`DreepNotFoundError`	No presigned upload with that id

A DreepConflictError means the PUT hasn’t landed — retry the confirm, not the upload.
